Our head chef, Marcus Chen, spent 15 years traveling from Tokyo to Paris, collecting techniques and stories along the way. He's not trying to reinvent the wheel, just making damn good food that happens to look incredible too.

Whether you're celebrating something special or just tired of ordering takeout, we've got a table with your name on it. And yeah, the views of downtown Vancouver don't hurt either.

Marcus doesn't believe in fussy food. After training under some seriously intimidating chefs in Lyon and working the line in three-star spots across Asia, he came to Vancouver with a simple goal: cook honest food that makes people happy. His signature? Taking West Coast ingredients and giving them a subtle Asian twist that'll make you rethink everything.

Sophie's desserts are basically edible art, but she'll roll her eyes if you say that. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she spent years perfecting the classics before deciding to break all the rules. Her chocolate creations have literally made grown adults cry. In a good way, we promise. She sources her chocolate directly from a farm in Ecuador - yeah, she's that serious about it.

6:30 AM - 11:00 AM

  • Wild mushroom omelet with truffle oil
  • Buttermilk pancakes with seasonal berries
  • Smoked salmon Benedict on brioche
  • Acai bowl with house-made granola

Coffee's from a local roaster down the street. We're talking the real deal, not that watery hotel lobby stuff.

Lunch

11:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Seared Albacore with citrus ponzu
  • Duck confit salad with hazelnuts
  • Wagyu burger with aged cheddar
  • Wild mushroom risotto

Perfect for business lunches or just escaping the office for a bit. We won't tell your boss.

Dinner

5:30 PM - 10:30 PM

  • Pan-seared scallops with cauliflower puree
  • Herb-crusted rack of lamb
  • Miso-glazed black cod
  • Dry-aged ribeye with bone marrow butter

This is where Marcus really shows off. The tasting menu's worth every penny if you're feeling adventurous.

Wine List That Actually Makes Sense

Our sommelier, Jean-Pierre, ditched the pretentious wine speak years ago. He'll recommend a bottle based on what you're eating and what you actually like - not what some critic said you should drink.

We've got about 300 labels from BC wineries, France, Italy, and some surprising spots you probably haven't heard of. Whether you're dropping serious cash on a Bordeaux or just want something crisp and refreshing, we've got you covered.

Got a special occasion coming up? We've got a private room that seats up to 18 people. It's perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or those work dinners where you actually want to hear the conversation.

Marcus can put together a custom menu if you want something specific, or you can just trust him - most people do.
